Q: I don’t have access to a gym, is this going to work for me?
A: Yes! All of the content in this course can be done from home with simple props such as a yoga mat, and a foam yoga block.
Q: I’ve never done yoga, is this right for me?
A: Yes, you're in the right place! This program utilizes the LYT Yoga Blueprint which is accessible for all levels.
Q: I’m not flexible, can this program still work for me?
A: Absolutely. Flexibility is not a requirement for success in the Mindful Movement Academy.
Q: I’m a seasoned yogi, will this course be a good fit for me?
A: Definitely! If you already practice yoga, or even teach yoga, this program will teach you new skills and ideas that you can incorporate into your own life and your own teachings.
Q: What if this doesn't work for me? Can I get a refund?
